Keystone is Washington University School of Medicine’s installation of the Elentra Integrated Teaching and Learning Platform.

Notes:

• If the Keystone login page does not behave properly, we recommend clearing your browser cache (see instructions for Chrome or Edge). If that doesn’t help, contact ETIU.
• Reminder: Sign up for WashU Two-Factor Authentication. It is required to access Keystone and other systems when off-campus.

Scheduled Maintenance Windows:

• The next Keystone server maintenance window is scheduled for Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 12am to 4am.
• Keystone servers completed successful maintenance most recently on Sunday, February 23, 2025.

Scheduled Software Updates:

• The next Keystone software update is scheduled for April 2025.
• The most recent Keystone software update was a minor release on Monday, March 3, 2025.
